As a prospective buyer you only need to search for the home that suits you. Once you have found the appropriate property, you can arrange to meet the seller and finalise a deal.

Use the calculators provided to asist in determining what you can afford and the payment terms that suit you.

You can also see the effect of paying off extra on your bond. Notice how the term of the bond is affected as well as the total amount of interest you will pay. Take your time and make sure that you are satisfied with the results.

Contacting us for a viewing will allow PropertyAllianz to request a place and time for a meeting with the seller. Download the documents provided on the right hand side of the page. If you are happy with the property viewed and wish to buy, fill in the appropriate forms and send them back to us. We will contact you to finalise the transaction.

Make sure you are registered and that you are logged in. Once you have found a property that you are interested in, click on the "arrange a viewing" button, in the property search. This will notify us that you are interested in seeing the property advertised.

We contact the seller and request a viewing date and time. This information is e-mailed and sms'd back to you. It is important that you take the provided "offer to purchase form" with to the seller. You then need to send to PropertyAllianz a signed and completed offer to purchase, bank application forms and all other relevant documents required as per the "check list."

Please remember that we cannot apply for a home loan on your behalf unless we are in possesion of all the documentation. This is a one shot submission to the banks and can not be done piecemeal. There is a tme limit to submit all the relavent forms to PropertyAllianz. If the forms are not with us within 7 days after the viewing, we will notify the seller that you are not interested in his property. The sooner we have all the information, the sooner we can submit your application.

If you decide to buy the property, the "Offer To Purchase " document must be downloaded and taken with.

Make sure that the seller fills in all the appropriate sections and that he and his partner (if applicable) signs. If the house is in the name of both parties, ensure that they both sign.
