On the right hand side of this page are Excel spreadsheets that can be downloaded to determine your possible Repayments, Qualification, Transfer and Bond costs as well as what you will be paying back on your loan.

All these calculators and information provided must not be seen as 100% accurate. All this information is provided as an indication only. Once you have applied for a loan the various banks will provide us with a quote, which will be the final figures.

Pre Qualified Loans

The affordability calculator provided on the right hand side of this page can be down loaded. Use this calculator to get an estimate of the amount of money that you will qualify for when applying for a home loan.

The fields must be filled in as accurately as possible. The most important part of this calculator is to be as honest with yourself regarding available cash.

Bond Calculators

The calculator provided on the right hand side of this page can be downloaded and used to determine your re payments on a bond or second bond. When using this calculator the interest rates are variable and should be used at the current bank prime interst rate. Remenber the prime interest rate fluctuates. When using the calculator, make sure that you are using the correct and applicable rate.

Bond Costs

On the right hand side of this page is a downloadable excel spreadsheat which will give you an idea of the fees that are applicable when buying a home or registering a second bond. These figures are not exact but are close enough to give you a reasonably accurate indication.

Ammortization Calculator

The calculator provided on the right hand side of this page can be used to see what the effect is of paying off more than required on your bond. You can see what the interest will be at various stages of the bond.
